Star- Makers of Presidium Indirapuram- Skating

17 students of Presidium Indirapuram took part in the Inter-school Skating competition at Chilla Sports Complex. This boosted the confidence level of our student and further motivated and encouraged them. The students who won the different medals were highlighted in the assembly which helped other students to get motivated to participate in various competitions. The enthusiasm amongst the students was commendable. The names of winner are as follows

Manak Kumar Singh - II - Silver
Shreya Jindal - III - Bronze

Presidian sets a new record at India Book of Records

Sehajdeep Singh Kohli (born on July 24,2007), a student of Presidium, Paschim Vihar sets a new national record 'Most Countries Flags recognised in one minute' on May 7, 2011 at India Book of Records.

Once again Presidium stood by its motto "Be what you want to be" creating champions of tomorrow.

Presidians top Essay Writing & Painting Competition

The Ministry of Women & Child Development conducted an Essay Writing & Painting Competition in the month of November 2009. In this competition, children from leading senior secondary schools of Delhi & NCR participated.

Presidium, the renowned senior secondary school, held its head high on the day as bright Presidians emerged as toppers of this Essay Writing & Painting Competition in Delhi & NCR.

The International Taekwondo Championship, Beijing:

Our 9 students represented India in the International Taekwondo championship held in Beijing, China. The competition had 10 participating countries namely S.Korea, N.Korea, Japan, Hong Kong etc. One of the students, Yashdeep, bagged a silver medal.

The Delhi State sub junior ITF Taekwondo championship:

Presidium also clinched the trophy of 'Team Championship' at the 23rd Delhi State sub junior ITF Taekwondo championship held in Talkatora Stadium on 27th July.

20th Delhi State Taekwondo Championship:

This championship was organized from 7th to 9th November' 08. 250 children from Presidium participated in the championship in which a total of 1552 children participated from 69 schools and 28 clubs from Delhi. Our children portrayed exemplary performances in the championship. Presidium bagged the prize for the best school trophy in the Sub junior tournament which was conducted on 7thNov for the Nursery and Prep class children. In the senior category, Presidium won 28 medals - 6 Gold, 3 Silver and 19 Bronze.

MAths and GK Olympiad:

Presidians participated in the Maths and GK Olympiad organized by National Talent Search. Our children displayed exemplary performance in the competition. 4 of our children were amongst the top 20 rank holders and were given trophies. Apart from this we received 8 gold medals, 11 silver medals and 1 bronze medal.

Dance Concert:

Our children are not only excelling in academics and sports but are equally talented in music and dance. Disney Channel had organized a National Level Concert by the name "My School Rocks." Eight children from Presidium gave a rocking dance performance at this concert which was judged by one of the most prestigious names in the field of dance, Mr. Shiamak Dawar.

UCMAS Abacus and Mental Arithmetic Competition:

3 whiz kids from Presidium had participated in the 4th State Level UCMAS Abacus and Mental Arithmetic Competition and they all won with flying colours. Nidhi Uppal from class I was awarded the champions trophy. Diva Arora from class I bagged the trophy for first runner up and Divij Arora again from class I got the trophy for third runner up.

Inter School Aquatic Meet:

Aneeha Duggal from Class III from Presidium, Ashok Vihar won a Bronze medal in the Bal Bharti Inter School Aquatic Meet in 25 mts free style Swimming.

SKATING CHAMPIONSHIP:

Our students, Naman Jain, Aryan Kataria and Jeffery participated in the Inter-School Skating Competition in Bosco and Dwarka International school and brought laurels to our school.

DANCE COMPETITION:

Drishti Gahlot, a student of class Prep., participated in a Dance Competition held in Venkateshwara International School and won the 2nd position for the same.

WEAVE A STORY COMPETITION:

Inter-school competition was held in Dwarka where our student Anshika Jain of Prep won the first prize.

SHOW AND TELL COMPETITION:

Our students participated in the inter school competition held in Venkateshwara International School and bagged prizes for various positions.
