Lifemakers, as the name says, transforms the lives of the students, teachers and parents of Presidium. The ultimate goal of Lifemakers is to help each child journey from ordinary to extraordinary, by empowering him/her with emotional strength and equipping him/her with skills for life. Thus, the prime focus of this team of experts is on three major developments - emotional, social and intellectual. Through a structured curriculum full of interesting activities, a child's EQ (Emotional Quotient), SQ (Social Quotient) and IQ (Intellectual quotient) is developed and strengthened.
Logical reasoning, critical thinking, and analytical skills are skills without which knowledge is practically of no use. Lifemakers helps children build upon their knowledge and relate it to real life situations so that they can make sense of the world around them, thus empowering them with intellect that goes way beyond books.
Relationship with family, peers, society and environment depends a lot on how a child has been raised socially. Our team works on helping children become socially balanced, thus helping them build lasting, fruitful relationships in life.
All other developments may it be intellectual, social, language, creative are dependent on one's emotional
well being. We work here to help the child recognize, understand and then regulate his/her emotions to attain happiness, success and lead a powerful life.
Being is defined as state of mind. The emotions or feelings that comprise our 'being' are the forces that drive our actions, and thus our life. It is our 'being' that makes us act ordinary or extraordinary in different life situations. How else would you explain battles won by just a few hundred soldiers as against an army of thousands? Presidium has designed a curriculum to strengthen the 'being' or the EQ of our children. With a strong evolved heart, the children will be able to use their knowledge, talents and skills to lead an extraordinary life.
