In fact, at Presidium, we believe a school is only as good as the teachers it has. This is why we handpick the best of teachers, train them rigorously, and organize workshops and refresher programmes for them regularly. To address the dearth of quality manpower in education, we also established The Knowledge Tree Academy. Each and every one of our staff members has imbibed our unique philosophy and worldview. They teach, inspire and rouse our students, both inside and outside the classroom.

English workshop on phonetics

This workshop gave a fair idea to the teachers as to how to focus on the correct pronunciation & communication skills of the children. Leading professionals from Oxford took this workshop for our teachers.

Maths workshop

A workshop was organized to increase the logical reasoning & mathematical ability of children through fun filled games. Teachers got an insight into how to make mathematics a subject of choice and not burden for children.

Smart classroom workshop

Workshop for optimum usage of smart boards with ease was held for the teachers by professionals.

Parenting workshops

These workshops & seminars are held time to time for our teachers to ensure positive child handling.

Team building and coordination workshops
