Diwali, Christmas, Janmashtami.. At Presidium, every major festival is not only an occasion to celebrate, but also an important lesson in culture, history and tradition. Be it enacting the return from exile scene on Diwali or performing the dandiya dance, the staff and the students delightfully take part in all the festivities.
Independence Day
The day of Independence was celebrated with great fervor by hoisting the national flag .Children enchanted patriotic numbers, made collage of freedom fighters, celebrated the day with savory dishes and took back home pride for their country. Each child and teacher proudly wore 'I raise the Flag' badge on his/her dress. The badges were also distributed at traffic signal crossings and various market places as a part of the campaign to spread the wave of patriotism among masses.
MOTHER'S DAY
Children are made to realize the importance of their mothers in their lives. They make gifts for their mothers in the school and surprise them with their creativity
FRIENDSHIP DAY
The day is made memorable for children by encouraging them to tie bands on the writs of their friends. Children sing and dancing together, adding to their treasure of lifelong friendship
TEACHER'S DAY
To pay tribute to their loving teachers, children dress-up and enact as their favourite teacher. The whole class joins their teachers in singing, dancing and celebrating the bond they share.
